How To Arrange For Services
To arrange for services or a free in-home medical consultation with our Nursing Director, simply telephone our office.
For your convenience, payments are made directly to Allstate Home Care at a pre-established rate. Personnel are paid directly by the agency. We provide weekly statements and records that are available upon request.
We will be happy to assist you in filling out all necessary forms, for processing your Insurance claims.
To ensure our patients receive quality care, all Allstate staff are required to meet extensive pre-employment screenings.
All concerns regarding patient care after the close of the business day (4:30pm until 8:30am) are monitored by our agency professionals. There is always an R.N. Supervisor on call twenty four hours per day, 7 days a week to assist you and your family, as well as a staffing coordinator and the Agency Administrator.
